I heard about this just once (within a year of the March 2003 invasion of Iraq). Notice that link points to an item from February of 2006 ...wait... Come to think of it ... I believe that first was from NewsMax too ...hmm...
Still, I buy it (if only for the fun that would portend for political rhetoric leading into the 2008 elections).
I wonder if history's next nasty WMD event won't just be a stockpile "accident" in the heart of some terrorist training camp in badville.

it seems to me that an Iraqi general that defected was on The Daily Show saying almost exactly this about 6 months ago...
