I heard about this just once (within a year of the March 2003 invasion of Iraq). Notice that link points to an item from February of 2006 ...wait... Come to think of it ... I believe that first was from NewsMax too ...hmm...
Still, I buy it (if only for the fun that would portend for political rhetoric leading into the 2008 elections).
I wonder if history's next nasty WMD event won't just be a stockpile "accident" in the heart of some terrorist training camp in badville.

Flip, flop, flip ...
... flop -- OKOKOK -- I guess now I'm back in the "Net Neutrality" camp (though I still believe the problem can only be solved at the level of cleaning-up accounting in backbone peering arrangements -and- ultimately, net neutrality legislation will stagnate the state of broadband in America at current pathetic levels -- with no incentive for the likes of Verizon to invest in expanding the network)
